I usually get the ready-made, it's easier. But you can try to make your own. <br />Bring 150ml milk to a boil, remove and stir in honey (4 tbsp), almond meal (50g) and ground poppy seeds (125g), and 1 large egg. If it's too runny, stir 1-2 tbsp of butter or margarine.
